Patricia E. Miller, age 72, of Hicksville, Ohio, passed away suddenly at 12:20 P.M. on Saturday, June 3, 2017, in Hickory Creek Nursing Center in Hicksville, where she had been resident. Mrs. Miller was a 1962 graduate of Edgerton High School and had been employed at Magnavox in Fort Wayne, Indiana, retiring with fifteen years of service. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Edgerton and enjoyed painting and writing poetry.
Patricia E. Miller was born on November 22, 1944, in Fort Wayne, the daughter of Arthur A. and Rose E. (Housel) Gabet. She married Charles Miller on June 24, 1980, in Auburn, Indiana, and he survives.
Surviving in addition to her husband are a daughter, Tina Biddle, of Churubusco, Indiana; three stepsons, Charles P. Miller, of Sardis, Georgia, Robert S. Miller, of Friendswood, Texas, and David A. Miller, of Houston, Texas; ten grandchildren; two sisters, Ann (Jerry) Dohner, of Butler, Indiana, and Ellen Kelder, of South Whitley, Indiana; and one brother, Rick Gabet, of Butler. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Ron and Mike Gabet.
Visitation will be held in the Krill Funeral Home, 114 East Hull Street, Edgerton, Ohio, on Friday, June 9, 2017, from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 P.M. Services will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2017, at 10:30 A.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edgerton, with Reverend Daniel Borgelt officiating. Interment will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Edgerton.
