Kevin D. Lockwood

Kevin D. Lockwood, age 42, of Edon, Ohio, died on Tuesday, January 10, 2017. Mr. Lockwood was a co-owner of K&M Transport with his brother, Michael. He graduated from Edgerton High School in 1998 and was active in scouting, attaining the rank of Eagle Scout. The son of Lawrence M. and Loretta M. (Miller) Lockwood, Kevin was born on December 5, 1974, in Vicksburg, Michigan. Survivors include one sister, Ashley Roberts, of Edgerton, Ohio; one brother, Michael (Erika) Lockwood, of Edon; and five nephews and nieces, Christopher, Carter, Chase, Cayden and Loretta. He was preceded in death by his mother, Loretta, in 1998; his father, Larry, in 2014; and his grandparents, Floyd and Myrna Miller and Harold and Winifred Lockwood. A gathering celebrating Kevin’s life will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2017, from 3:30-7:00 P.M. at the Miller Park Pavilion in Edgerton. A memorial ride with his driving colleagues and motorcycle friends will process from MHE near Bryan to the celebration. Participants are asked to gather at 3:00 P.M. at MHE for the procession. Krill Funeral Service, 114 East Hull Street, Edgerton, has been entrusted with arrangements.
