James S. Brannan, Sr., age 77, of Bryan, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2016, in his home. Mr. Brannan was a graduate of Bryan High School and had been a longtime employee of Fleetwood Industries in Edgerton in quality control and sales. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and was a member of Bryan Am-Vets Post #54, He was also a member of the Bryan Moose Lodge and Bryan Eagles.
James S. Brannan Sr. was born on October 23, 1939, in Bryan, Ohio, the son of Ford and Gladys A. (Rebeau) Brannan. He is survived by his three children, Dawn Brannan of International Falls, Minnesota, James S. (Betty) Brannan, Jr. of Huntingburg, Indiana, and Beth (Bill) Head, of Montpelier, Ohio; four grandchildren, Danielle, Gregory, John and Jordan; two great-grandsons; and one sister, Rita (Ray) Brown, of Evansport, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A gathering celebrating the life of James S. Brannan, Sr. will be held on Friday, December 9, 2016 from 5:00-7:00 P.M. followed by a memorial service beginning at 7:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan.
