Kenneth L. Belknap, Jr., age 75, of Montpelier, Ohio, died at 2:10 A.M. on Monday, October 3, 2016, at Evergreen Manor Nursing Home, Montpelier, where he was a patient. Mr. Belknap was employed by Hayes Albion for many years and was a member of the Bryan Church of the Nazarene. He was an avid fan of anything Michigan, especially the Lions football and Tigers baseball. He also was a fan of NASCAR and enjoyed playing cards.
Kenneth L. Belknap, Jr., was born on July 26, 1941, in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the son of Kenneth L. and Maxine (Fry) Belknap, Sr. He married Pauline M. Rex on October 15, 1965, in Bryan, Ohio, and she survives.
Survivors also include one son, Terry A. Belknap, of Montpelier, Ohio, one daughter, Shari (Darin) Wilson, of Bryan; two granddaughters; two grandsons; four great-granddaughters; one great-grandson; one brother, Wayne Belknap, of Bryan; and numerous half brothers and half sisters, including Diane Giberson, in Florida, and Donna Belknap, Wanda Dillon, Lisa Underwood and Roberta Sayler, all of Michigan. He was preceded in death by one grandson, Keith Belknap, in 2004, and his parents.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 5, 2016, from 2:00-4:00 P.M. and 6:00-8:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan. Services will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2016, at 11:00 A.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, with Pastor Roger Blough officiating. Interment will be in Riverview Memory Gardens, Defiance, Ohio.
Memorials are requested to the Bryan Church of the Nazarene.
