Rosemary Hilda Neace, age 80, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2016, at 11:45 A.M. at Community Hospitals and Wellness Center-Bryan. Rosemary was a friend to everyone and did not know a stranger. She and her husband managed gas stations all over Ohio during her working career. Rosemary attended the Edon Church of Christ and the Edon Senior Center. She enjoyed Sudoku puzzles, reading, shopping and watching WWE wrestling. She was a big fan of Maury Povich and Steve Wilkos.
Born on November 1, 1935, in Van Wert, Ohio, Rosemary was the daughter of Walter and Lucy (Cotterman) Kline. She married William A. Neace on April 13, 1953, in Dayton, Ohio, and he preceded her in death.
Rosemary is survived by her daughters, Lily (Mike) Zimmer, of Edon, and Violet Diane (John) Vielma, of Paulding; 16 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sons, William and Charlie Neace; daughter, Penny Wendt; brothers, Donald and Gary Kline; and sister, Dorothy Price.
Visitation for Rosemary Neace will be held on Friday, September 30, 2016, from 4:00-8:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edon. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, October 1, 2016, at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor David LaDuke officiating. Burial will follow in Maumee Cemetery, Antwerp.
The family requests memorial donations be directed to the Edon Senior Center.
