Mrs. Flowers enjoyed watching baseball on TV, especially the Cincinnati Reds. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren, and spent three months helping care for her nine-month-old grandson while her daughter was seriously ill. She was an expert seamstress and made her daughter’s wedding gown. She enjoyed all kinds of crafts, especially crocheting afghans for family members. She was a past president of the Edgerton Friends of the Library and was a Brownie troop leader and a 4-H advisor. In accordance with her wishes no formal services are planned.
