Noah Prince

March 22, 1924 — August 12, 2015

Noah Prince, age 91, of Edon, Ohio, died at 9:15 P.M. on Tuesday, August 12, 2015, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana, after a brief illness. Mr. Prince was a timber buyer and operated Prince Logging for fifty years. For many years he raced stock cars at local tracks throughout the region. Noah Prince was born on March 22, 1924, in Plumbers Landing, Kentucky, the son of Blaine and Ollie Lee (Fraley) Prince. Survivors include one son, Jimmie Lee Prince, of Angola, Indiana; Dorothy Prince Bodie and their children, William (Mary Ann) Prince and Kenneth (Diane) Prince, both of Edon, Sharon Prince Wilson, of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, Carol Prince (Robert) Flynn, of Bluffton, Indiana, Lynn Prince (Robert) Mohre, of Fremont, Indiana, and Judy Prince Olis, of Angola, Indiana; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; and one brother Edford Prince, of Edon. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Michael Prince, one sister, Mabel Prince Cromwell, and two brothers, Charles and James Prince. Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 16, 2015, from 2:00-8:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edon. Services will be held on Monday, August 17, 2015, at 10:00 A.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edon, with Pastor Sherrie Grant officiating. Interment will follow in the Columbia Cemetery.
