Mary L. Trachl, age 66, of Bryan, Ohio, died on Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at her home. Mrs. Trachl was a foreign language teacher at Central Local (Fairview) Schools from 1983 until the present, where she taught mainly Spanish and some French. Mary attended St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Edgerton. Mary was born on October 23, 1948, in Toledo, Ohio, the daughter of George and Susan (Klepatz) Bobash. She received her Bachelor degree from Bowling Green State University with a Major in French and a Minor in Spanish. Mary later earned her Masters of Education from BGSU. She married David J. Trachl on June 8, 1972, and he survives. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Trachl is survived by two sons, Daniel Trachl, of Evans, Georgia, and Joseph Smith, of Bryan, Ohio; a daughter, Dena (Max) Campos, of Georgetown, Bahamas; five grandchildren, Ian and Anna Trachl, both of Evans, Georgia, Mercedes Henry, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Kenneth and Anthony Campos, both of Georgetown, Bahamas; two sisters, Barbara and Lydia and a brother, Gerard. She was preceded in death by her parents. Services for Mary L. Trachl will be on Wednesday, July 15, 2015, at 1:00 P.M. at the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan with Father Dan Borgelt officiating. Burial will follow at Fountain Grove Cemetery, Bryan. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 from 2:00-5:00 P.M. Memorials in the name of Mary L. Trachl may be given to the Central Local Schools Academic Booster Club or the family.
