Imogene M. Stark, age 92, of Edgerton, Ohio, died at 5:40 P.M. on Tuesday, June 2, 2015, at Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers in Bryan, Ohio, where she was a patient, after a brief illness. Mrs. Stark was a 1941 graduate of Edgerton High School. Following graduation she worked as a clerk at The Ohio Art Company and worked for Syncro Corporation in Edgerton. She then was employed by Robinair Corporation in Edgerton and then in Montpelier, from where she retired in 1984 with more than thirty years of service. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and the Rosary Altar Society and was a long time member of the Do-It-Right Farm Bureau Council. Always busy, Imogene enjoyed baking, gardening and good old fashioned manual labor. Imogene M. Stark was born on May 31, 1923, near Bryan in Defiance County, Ohio, the daughter of Rudolph T. “R.T.” and Rose T. (Walsh) Davis. She married Raymond R. Stark on February 10, 1945, in Edgerton and preceded her in death on March 17, 2005. Survivors include one son, Ronald R. (Nancy) Stark, of Edgerton, Ohio, and two daughters, Rebecca (Michael) Onulak, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Susan (George) Laker, of Bryan, Ohio. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Steven, Brian and Christopher Stark, Alex Onulak, Heather Barrus, Danielle Bubucis, Andrew and Timothy Laker and Ashley Schoeller; eleven great-grandchildren; and one sister, Audrey Davis, of Bryan. She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Renee Stark, her parents, four brothers, Tom, DeWayne, Denver and Marvin Davis, and one sister, Kathleen Goebel. Visitation will be held in the Krill Funeral Home, Edgerton, after 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, June 7, 2015, with recitation of the rosary at 7:00 P.M. on Sunday. Services will be held Monday, June 8, 2015, at 10:00 A.M. in St. Mary Catholic Church in Edgerton, with Father James Halleron officiating. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Edgerton. In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to St. Mary Catholic Church or School or for Masses.
