Carolyn A. Henricks, age 51, of rural Bryan, Ohio, died at 7:20 A.M. on Thursday, November 20, 2014, in her home after a long battle with cancer. Carol was a 1982 graduate of Hicksville High School and operated her own home cleaning business. She was a member of the Melbern United Methodist Church and enjoyed gardening and spending time with her children and family. Carolyn A. Henricks was born on July 9, 1963, in Paulding, Ohio, the daughter of Doyt (Ray) and Barbara A. (Goings) Fouty. She married Richard W. Henricks on February 27, 1988, in Melbern, Ohio, and he survives. Survivors also include one son, Nathen (Michelle Swany) Henricks, of Bryan; one daughter, Addie (Tyler Sailer) Henricks, of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her mother, Barbara Tritsch, of Sherwood, Ohio; three sisters, Wanda (Scott) Harris, of Oakwood, Ohio, Esky (Kent) Busche, of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Mary Rosebrook, of Sherwood; two brothers, Raymond Fouty and Norman (Tammy) Tritsch, of Sherwood; her stepmother, Betty Fouty, of Mesa, Arizona; and fifteen nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Ray Fouty, her stepfather, Norman Tritsch, and her grandparents, Charles and Gertie Goings. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 24, 2014, from 4:00-8:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan. Services will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2014, at 10:30 A.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Bryan, with Bill Priest officiating. Interment will follow in Brown Cemetery near Bryan. Memorials are requested to Community Health Professionals Hospice and Home Health.
