Martha J. Coburn, age 81, of Edgerton, Ohio, died at 5:17 A.M. on Saturday, April 12, 2014, in her home after a brief illness. Mrs. Coburn was a homemaker and former member of Trinity Bible Church in Edgerton and the Interstate 6 CB Club, of which she was a longtime member. Martha J. Coburn was born on February 23, 1933, in Toledo, Ohio, the daughter of Wella and Daisy (Stoneroad) Burnett. She married Luther Coburn on March 31, 1961, in Stroh, Indiana, and he preceded her in death on April 25, 1984. Survivors include one son, Daniel L. (Alicia) Coburn, of Edgerton; three grandchildren, Jamie (Soledad) Coburn, of Oceanside, California, Kyle Coburn, of Traverse City, Michigan, and Kayla Coburn, of Lewisburg, Tennessee; four great-grandchildren; two stepdaughters, Betty Croft and Mary Hardesty; and her longtime companion, Gary Bruce, of Edgerton. She was also preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2014, from 4:00-8:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edgerton. Services will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2014, at 11:00 A.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edgerton, with interment to follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Edgerton. Memorials are requested to Community Health Professionals Hospice Care.
