Cheryl L. (Taylor) Cape, age 54, of Montpelier, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, October 23, 2013, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where she had been a patient. Cheryl had worked as a waitress at the Ramada Inn in Holiday City, Ohio, for over 20 years. She was a member of the Bryan Eagles Aerie #2233 and enjoyed cooking, gardening and canning for her family. Born on May 22, 1959, in Bryan, Ohio, Cheryl was the daughter of William H. and Betty J. (Close) Taylor. She married Chris B. Cape on July 7, 2012, in Alvordton, Ohio, and he survives. Cheryl is also survived by her children, Chris (Autumn) Musser, of Montpelier, Autumn (Joshua) Lucas, of Bryan, and Nichole Bikas, of Edgerton, Ohio; stepchildren, Jaclyn (Steve) Evert, of Toledo, Ohio, Karri (Brandon) Flint, of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Emily (Josh) Tonneas, of Buzzard Bay, Massachusetts; eight grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; and her sisters, Cathy Taylor, of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Susan Taylor (John) Lance, of New Bern, North Carolina. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services for Cheryl L. Cape will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2013, at 11:00 A.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 114 East Hull Street, Edgerton. Burial at West Buffalo Cemetery will follow the service. Visitation for Cheryl will be held on Monday, October 28, 2013, from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Gifts in loving memory of Cheryl L.
