Carol Sue Dirrim, age 63, of rural Bryan, Ohio, died Saturday morning, March 23, 2013, in her home surrounded by her family. Carol was a member of the Restoration Fellowship in Williams Center. She was a homemaker who loved to dance, listen to Oldies Rock-N-Roll and spend time with her nieces and great nieces. Carol Sue was born on January 17, 1950, in Toledo, Ohio, the daughter of Robert J. and Betty J. (Welsh) Gillhouse. She is survived by her sisters, Betty Jean Gillhouse, Evonne Gillhouse, Shirley Wilcox and Phyllis (Melvyn) Young, all of Bryan; brother, Charles Gillhouse, of Manchester, Michigan, an aunt, Annette Gillhouse, of Toledo and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Kathryn Shaffer, brother, Donald Gillhouse and nephew, Melvyn Young. A memorial service will be held Monday, March 25, 2013 at 5:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, Ohio with Pastor James Adams officiating. Memorials in the name of Carol Sue Dirrim may be given to the Restoration Fellowship.
