Wilma B. “Pat” Adams, age 89, of Bryan, Ohio, and formerly of West Unity, Ohio, died at 11:40 A.M. on Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at Community Health and Wellness Centers in Bryan, where she was a patient. Born September 15, 1923, in West Unity, Ohio, she was the daughter of Franklin O. and Velma A. (Booream) Stine. She attended West Unity Schools. On September 18, 1941, she married George “Harvey” Adams in Muncie, Indiana, and he preceded her in death in 1975. She moved to Muncie, Indiana, in 1941 and lived there for 34 years before returning to West Unity in 1978. Wilma is survived by a daughter, Peggy Rhum, of Muncie, Indiana; son, Roniel (Margaret) Adams, of Muncie; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; sister, Myrna (Doyle) Wines, of Bryan; brothers, William Stine, of West Unity, and Gerald D. Finch, of Afton, Michigan; sisters-in-law, Mae Finch and Sandra Finch, both of West Unity; brother-in-law, Seldon Schad, of Bryan; daughter-in-law, Betty Adams, of Muncie, and son-in-law, Wayne Deavers, of Muncie. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; step-children, Margie Deavers, Zella Horn and Homer Adams; sisters, Kay Schad and Joan Martin; and brothers, Larry Finch and Burton Finch. Funeral services for Wilma B. “Pat” Adams will be held on Friday, March 8, 2013, at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel at Gardens of Memory Cemetery, 10703 North State Road 3, Muncie, Indiana 47303, with Pastor Willard Allred officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, Ohio. Memorials in the name of Wilma B. Adams may be given to the Activities Fund at Bryan Care and Rehabilitation Center.
