Mary Ellen Clark

Mary Ellen Clark, age 85, of Bryan, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2012, at the University of Toledo Medical Center in Toledo. Mrs. Clark was a homemaker and a volunteer at Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers for 27 years and enjoyed bowling. She was a former member of the Calvary United Methodist Church and Faith United Methodist Church, where she enjoyed singing in the choir and participating in the women’s groups. Mary Ellen was born on June 6, 1927, in Williams Center, Ohio, the daughter of James E. and Lena (Myers) Wines. She married Ronald Clark on November 3, 1946, in Williams Center and he survives. Surviving Mrs. Clark in addition to her husband are her sons, Steven J. (Kathy) Clark, of Safety Harbor, Florida, and Michael W. (Darlene) Clark, of Bryan; her daughter, Sandra Wright, of Hicksville, Ohio; four grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Doris Votaw and Donna Miller, and son-in-law, Randy Wright. Services for Mary Ellen Clark will be on Monday, December 31, 2012, at 11:00 A.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, Ohio, with Pastor Jeff Dye officiating. Burial will follow in Farmer Cemetery. Visitation will be 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 P.M. on Sunday, December 30, 2012, at the funeral home. Memorials in the name of Mary Ellen Clark may be given to the organization of the donor’s choice.
