Patricia Jean Hale

Patricia Jean Hale, age 57, of Curtis, Ohio passed away Saturday, December 8, 2012 at Bay Park Community Hospital in Oregon, Ohio. Patricia worked as an State Tested Nurse Aid at Heartland of Perrysburg and had previously worked at the Bryan Nursing Care Center. Born on March 18, 1955, in Montpelier, Ohio, she was the daughter of John A. and Ruth C. (Thompson) Zuber. She married Harold D. Hale on January 31, 1988 in Toledo, Ohio, and he preceded her in death on November 21, 2012. Mrs. Hale is survived by her sons, Rick H. Potter, of Bowling Green, Tracy A. Potter, of Toledo and Bobby L. Woodart, of Curtis; step-daughters, Donna K. Robinson, of Toledo, Cheryl A. (Jim) Lykowski, of Temperance, Michigan and Regina Van Pelt of North Carolina; 3 grand children; her mother, Ruth Zuber, of Montpelier; brothers, Rick (Bev) Zuber, of Montpelier, John (Deb) Zuber, of Edgerton, Ronnie (Chasity) Zuber, of Montpelier and sister, Shirley Brown. Mrs. Hale was preceded in death by her father and husband. Funeral services for Patricia will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, December 15, 2012, in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, Ohio, with Pastor Jason Clutter officiating. Interment will follow in Brown Cemetery. Visitation will be held in the funeral home from 6:00-8:00 P.M. on Friday, December 14, 2012.
