Patricia Ann Leininger, age 75, died at 2:26 P.M. on Sunday, October 28, 2012, at Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers in Bryan after an extended illness. A graduate of Bryan High School, Mrs. Leininger was employed as the Classified Advertising Manager with The Bryan Times, retiring with twenty-five years of service. She was a member of Eastland Baptist Church, where she was active in the church ministries, especially the food pantry, and was an active member of the Williams County Cancer Survivors Group, where she was once named “Survivor of the Year.” Pat was an avid card player, enjoyed crafts and making quilts for those people special to her and was a member of the Garnet Gals Red Hats. A joy to be around, she was loved by all who knew her. Patricia Ann Leininger was born on June 30, 1937, in Saginaw, Michigan, the daughter of Robert and Ethel (Stone) Ingersoll. She is survived by one son, Michael (Karen Underwood) Leininger, of Bryan, and numerous nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by one sister, Jean Holthues, and one brother, Donald Ingersoll. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2012, from 1:00-3:00 P.M. in Eastland Baptist Church, Bryan. Services will follow in the church at 3:30 P.M. with Pastor Jeff Sheldon officiating. Interment will be held in Fountain Grove Cemetery, Bryan. Memorials are requested to Eastland Baptist Church.
