Naomi L. Lett, age 95, of Bryan, Ohio, died at 12:00 P.M. on Friday, August 10, 2012, at Fountain Park Inn and Villas in Bryan, where she was a resident. Mrs. Lett was a longtime employee of the Williams County Probate Court prior to her retirement. She was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church, Bryan Hospital Auxiliary, serving as a hospital volunteer for many years, and the Williams County Historical Society and was a former member of Bryan Business and Professional Women. She enjoyed traveling, both domestically and internationally. Naomi L. Lett was born on December 28, 1916, in Jefferson Township of Williams County, Ohio, the daughter of Oscar Warren and Sarah Leora (Mann) Starr. Survivors include two sons, Frederick J. Lett, Jr., of Palm Harbor, Florida, and Jeffrey D. (Francie, deceased) Lett, of Lexington, Kentucky, two granddaughters, three great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson and two sisters, Patsy Light, of Montpelier, Ohio, and Betty McKarns, of Bryan. She was preceded in death by her parents and four sisters, Beulah Jaquith, Hortense Meek, Doris Walton and Margaret Carlin. A memorial service celebrating the life of Naomi Lett will be held on Saturday, August 18, 2012, at 2:00 P.M. at Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, with Pastor Ruth Carter-Crist officiating. Visitation will be held in the funeral home for one hour prior to the service, beginning at 1:00 P.M. Memorials are requested to Wesley United Methodist Church or to the Williams County Historical Society.
