Ruth A. Hirsch

Ruth A. Hirsch, age 65, of Bryan, Ohio, and formerly of Fullerton, California, died at 4:13 P.M. on Tuesday, June 26, 2012, in her home after a brief illness. Ms. Hirsch was a 1964 graduate of Buena Park High School in Buena Park, California, and attended Cal State Fullerton from 1964-1965. She worked for Pacific Bell (AT&T), retiring with thirty years of service in 1995 when she moved to Ohio. Ruth was an avid reader. Ruth A. Hirsch was born on July 21, 1946, in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of Albert and Stella (Andrade) Hirsch. Survivors include one sister, Deborah (Larry) Lewis, of Fullerton, California, two brothers, Mark (Deborah) Hirsch, of Bryan, and Paul J. (Debby) Hirsch, of Las Vegas, Nevada, and several nieces and nephews. She also had special friends, Gloria Humphrey, Bernice and Joe Mazalin and Chris Dean, of Bryan. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Joseph Hirsch. A memorial service celebrating the life of Ruth A. Hirsch will be held on Sunday, July 8, 2012, at 2:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, with Pastor Mark Holbrook officiating. Interment will be in California. Memorials are requested to the family.
