Ruth K. McQuilkin

Ruth K. McQuilkin, age 79, of Bryan, Ohio, died at 3:50 A.M. on Sunday, June 24, 2012, at Hillside Country Living near Bryan after a brief illness. Ms. McQuilkin was a 1951 graduate of Montpelier High School and graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. She was a retired teacher, having taught in Van Wert County most of her career. Ruth was a faithful member of West Bethesda Presbyterian Church. Ruth K. McQuilkin was born on June 22, 1933, in Columbus, Ohio, the daughter of Harry S. and Rose G. (Eich) McQuilkin. She is survived by one brother, Richard McQuilkin, of Fairbanks Alaska, and was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Phoebe Short and Margaret McQuilkin. Grave side services will be held on Saturday, June 30, 2012, at 10:30 A.M. at West Bethesda Cemetery, Montpelier, Ohio, with Reverend Tawee Layraman officiating. Memorials are requested to Hillside Country Living Activity Fund or to West Bethesda Presbyterian Church.
