Sean L. Traxler

Sean Lewis Traxler, age 44, of McKinney. Texas, and formerly of the Edgerton, Ohio, area, died on Wednesday, May 2, 2012, in his home of an apparent heart attack. Mr. Traxler was a 1985 graduate of Edgerton High School and attended Ivy Tech, becoming certified in Computer Networking Plus and A Plus. He was currently working for Raytheon in McKinney, Texas, and had previously worked for Weyerhauser and Tri-Wall in Butler, Indiana. He was also a veteran of the United States Navy. Sean Lewis Traxler was born on September 8, 1967, in Dayton, Ohio. He is survived by three sons, Derek, Zach and Devon Traxler, one daughter, Katlyn Traxler, and their mother, Jane Thomas, all of Butler, Indiana; his parents, Lyle and Delores Traxler, of Montpelier, Ohio; four brothers, Kyle and Chris Traxler, both of Montpelier, Ohio, Marc Traxler, in Virginia, and Jimmy (Shvaughn) Traxler, of Paulding, Ohio; one sister, Karla (Duane) Mabee, of Hixson, Tennessee; and his birth mother, Nancy Cooper, in Virginia. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Adam and Mildred Traxler and Lester and Louise Haines, a brother, Kevin Traxler, and a nephew, Jarod William Traxler. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 9, 2012, from 11:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edgerton. Services will follow at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 9, 2012, at 2:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edgerton, with Pastor Duane Mabee officiating. Memorials may be given to a charity of the donor’s choice.
