C. Robert Bradley, age 84, of Bryan, Ohio, died at 10:50 P.M. on Sunday, March 18, 2012, at Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers, Bryan, where he was a patient, after a brief illness. Mr. Bradley was a graduate of Montpelier High School and served in the United States Army during World War II. He worked for and retired from The Aro Corporation in Bryan and then worked for Roose and Associates until retiring for a second time. Bob was a classic car enthusiast and was one of the founding members of the Bryan Cruise-in and was a member of the Galaxy Ford Club. He also was a member of the Bryan Masonic Lodge #215 and enjoyed being with his family. C. Robert Bradley was born on March 24, 1927, in Payne, Ohio, the son of Charles J. and Ethel (Little) Bradley. He married Margaret M. Hutchison Roose on December 2, 1962, in Bryan, and she survives. Also surviving are two stepsons, Brent Roose, of Bryan, and David (Ronda J.) Roose, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, ten grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, several nephews and nieces and his special pet dog, Maxie. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Howard, one sister, Eileen Crawford, and one stepson, Tracy Roose. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 22, 2012, from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan. A Masonic service will be held on Thursday at 8:00 P.M. Services will be held on Friday, March 23, 2012, at 11:00 A.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Bryan, with Pastor Dwight Bowers officiating. Interment will be in Shiffler Cemetery near Bryan with grave side military rites conducted by Bryan VFW Post #2489. Memorials are requested to a charity of the donor’s choice.
