June M. Hutchins, age 85, of Bryan, Ohio, died at 4:28 A.M. on Tuesday, March 6, 2012, at Community Health Professionals Inpatient Hospice near Defiance, Ohio, after a brief illness. Mrs. Hutchins had been employed as a cook for Lester’s in Bryan and had also worked at Chief Supermarket and the grocery store in Ney. She was also a former member of the Moose Auxiliary. June M. Hutchins was born on November 27, 1926, in Bryan, Ohio, the daughter of Edwin Jay and Neva I. (Welden) Hageman. She married Marvin V. Hutchins and he preceded her in death on March 3, 1985. Survivors include two sons, John S. (Ila) Hutchins, of Edgerton, Ohio, and Duke (and fiancée, Cindy Rau) Hutchins, of Bryan; one daughter, Kathy (Steve) Cox, of Lake Charles, Louisiana; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Bud (Ed) Hageman, and one great-great-grandson. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 9, 2012, from 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan. Services will follow at 1:30 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Bryan, with Pastor Steve Cox officiating. Interment will be in Fountain Grove Cemetery, Bryan. Memorials are requested to Community Health Professionals Inpatient Hospice or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
