Sheryl L. Yarde, age 57, of Montpelier, Ohio, died at 7:20 A.M. on Tuesday, January 17, 2012, shortly after admittance to Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers in Bryan. A graduate of Garrett (Indiana) High School, Sheryl was a member of F.O.E. #2233 Auxiliary in Bryan, of which she was a two-time past president. Sheryl L. Yarde was born on August 10, 1954, in Garrett, Indiana, the daughter of Harold and Beverly (Nelson) Yarde. She is survived by her long-time companion, Barry L. Yarger, of Montpelier; two sons, Michael Shipe and Eric Shipe, both of Fort Wayne, Indiana; one granddaughter, Brittany Shipe, also of Fort Wayne; two sisters, Gloria Yarde, of Tacoma, Washington, and Mary Lou Yarde, of Butler, Indiana; and one brother, Larry Yarde, of Tennessee. Preceding her in death were her parents. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 20, 2012, from 4:00-8:00 P.M. the Krill Funeral Home, Edgerton, Ohio. An Eagles Auxiliary memorial service will be conducted by the District 16 Auxiliary Ritual Team at 7:30 p.m. Services will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2012, at 1:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edgerton, with Pastor Ralph Diehl officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Edgerton. Memorials are requested to the F.O.E. Kidney Fund.
