Beverly A. Brinegar, age 72, of Montpelier, Ohio, died at 1:15 A.M. on Sunday, June 19, 2011, in her home, surrounded by her family, after an extended illness. Mrs. Brinegar was a homemaker, attended River of Life Worship Center near Montpelier and was a crossing guard for Montpelier Schools for nine years. Bev enjoyed collecting angels and served her Lord every day helping others. She held a special love for her family and for God. Beverly A. Brinegar was born on April 20, 1939, in Walnut Grove, Missouri, the daughter of William "Willie" and Lena (Bullock) McCann. She married Thomas Willard Brinegar on June 15, 1956, in Humansville, Missouri, and he survives. Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons, Brian (Kristine) Brinegar, of East Palestine, Ohio, and David (Robin) Brinegar, of Fayette, Ohio, one daughter, Laura (Carl, Jr.) Feeney, of Defiance, Ohio, her mother, Lena McCann, of Montpelier, four grandchildren, Caleb, Leah, Emily and Noah Brinegar, one stepgrandchild, Chad (Crystal) Feeney, three great-grandchildren, Bailey and Brook Feeney and Breanna Bullock. She was preceded in death by her father, one granddaughter, Amanda Feeney, and one great-granddaughter, Joann Feeney. Visitation will be held in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, Ohio, on Wednesday, June 22, 2011, from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 P.M. Services will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2011, at 11:00 A.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Bryan with Pastor Dee Custar officiating. Interment will follow in Shiffler Cemetery near Bryan. Memorials are requested to Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers Hospital Hospice or to River of Life Worship Center.
