Vickie Sue (Bauer) Woolace, age 57, of Bryan, Ohio, passed away on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 8, 2011, at her home after succumbing to a bout with cancer. She was able to spend a beautiful day with her immediate family prior to her passing. She was a beloved and devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Her love and happy disposition touched the lives of those fortunate enough to call her family or friend. Vickie is survived by numerous family members and friends, including her parents, William and Erma Bauer; her siblings, Rodney and Sue Bauer, Diane and Dennis Heiney, Steve and Kathi Bauer; her husband, William "Butch" Woolace; her seven children and their spouses, Trent and Kim Muehlfeld, Ben and Kinsey Woolace, Owen and Melissa Muehlfeld, Eric and Dawn Woolace, Kylie and Chad Powers, Kelsey and BJ McDade and Tyler and Jamie Woolace; thirteen wonderful grandchildren, McKinze, Skyler, Brannan, McKayla, Kaid, Kira, Noah, Trinitie, Payton, Sage, Kassi, Avery and Karli; along with numerous aunts, uncles & cousins. She is preceded in death by her first grandson, Seth. Vickie was talented in many ways. Her creativity and artistic ability was visible in her home and various places of business. In her earlier years Vickie was co-owner of the Bryan Ranch House as well as the Rose Cottage. She spent her later years as a full-time grandmother and devoted wife and working countless hours in her beautiful yard and gardens. She also volunteered her time at Sarah's House. She will be missed dearly by all that felt her endless love. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2011, from 2:00-8:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan. Services will be held on Friday, May 13, 2011, at 11:00 A.M. in the Wesley United Methodist Church in Bryan with Pastor Dwight Bowers officiating. Interment will be Evansport Cemetery. All family and friends are welcome to attend! Memorials are requested to the American Cancer Society Relay for Life (Williams County) under the team name Viva Vickie.
