Guenivere A. Stark

Guenivere A. Stark, age 95, of Edgerton, Ohio, died at 7:45 A.M. on Tuesday, February 15, 2011, at Park View Nursing Center in Edgerton, where she was resident. Mrs. Stark was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Edgerton. Guenivere A. Stark was born on July 12, 1915, in Edgerton, the daughter of Daniel and Elza (Bercaw) Manon. She married Rupert E. Stark on April 5, 1934, and he preceded her in death on November 16, 1979. Mrs. Stark is survived by five daughters, Regina (Ross) Strock and JoAnn (Robert) Lantz, both of Edgerton, Lois (Richard) Grime, of Bryan, Ohio, Rita (Ned) Boland, of Sherwood, Ohio, and Leone Miller, also of Bryan; six sons, Mervin Stark, of Edgerton, Dr. Meredith Stark, of Kendallville, Indiana, James (Kathy) Stark, Thomas (Karla) Stark, Conrad (Rozalind) Stark, and Donald (Dorothy) Stark, all of Edgerton; thirty grandchildren; forty-four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Also surviving are two sisters-in-law, Faye Manon, of Defiance, Ohio, and Janice Manon, of Bryan. Preceding her in death in addition to her husband was one son, Dennis Joseph Stark; one grandson, four sisters, Clela Smith, Avona Hoffman, Rosalie Tobias and Myriel Gerber; and four brothers, LeMoyne, Merceil, Eldon and Thayne Manon. Visitation for Guenivere A. Stark will be held on Friday, February 18, 2011, from 2:00-8:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edgerton. Services will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2011, at 10:00 A.M. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Edgerton with Reverend Stephen Schroeder officiating. Interment will follow in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Edgerton. Memorials in the name of Guenivere A. Stark are requested to the Park View Nursing Center Activity Fund.
